Northesite provides professional web design, development, branding, and digital solutions. All projects, deliverables, and timelines are defined and agreed upon before project initiation. Any additional work outside the original agreement may incur extra charges.
3. Payments & Refunds
All payments must be made according to the agreed project milestones. Once a project has started, advance payments are non-refundable. In case of project cancellation, any completed work up to that point will be billed accordingly.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and materials created by Northesite remain the property of the agency until full payment has been received. After full payment, ownership rights of the final deliverables are transferred to the client.
5. Revisions & Approvals
Northesite provides a limited number of revisions as stated in each project agreement. Once a design or deliverable is approved, any additional changes may incur additional costs.
6. Limitation of Liability
Northesite shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including technical issues, data loss, or third-party actions.
